Continued lands four-time ‘great workplace’ certification from Great Place to Work
Continued has been certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work® for the fourth consecutive year.
Continued, a leading provider of online continuing education, earned this recertification based on extensive ratings provided by its team members in anonymous surveys as well as an evaluation of the overall culture and benefits by Great Place to Work. Read a summary of these ratings and find more information about Continued.
Anonymous survey results indicated that 99% of Continued team members consider the company to be a great place to work. Further, 100% of respondents said they feel welcome at Continued and that management trusts them to do a good job.
“In a year filled with unprecedented challenges, we feel an even deeper sense of pride in this recognition because it illustrates our steadfast commitment to our culture,” said Continued CEO Tony Perlak. “This certification is a reflection on each of our team members and their dedication to our mission. I am continually proud of our team for not only the work we do every day but also, more importantly, for the ways we care for one another and those we serve.”
As a 100% virtual organization since its inception, Continued prioritizes workplace culture as a fundamental building block of the company and attributes the organization’s success to this philosophy.
In recent years, Continued has enhanced its culture in many ways, including: a robust wellness program with an annual stipend; health coaching; a company-provided fitness tracker; diversity initiatives; “best in class” channels to connect in a virtual environment; flexible holidays and paid time off programs; a company book club; and charitable gift matching.
“As we celebrate year four as a Great Place to Work-Certified™ company, we recognize the daily commitment each team member makes to our special culture,” said Asher Primrose, HR Director and 2020 For All Leader recipient. “Keeping culture at the forefront of all we do truly makes Continued a special place to work.”
Continued has been named one of the Best Small & Medium Workplaces™ by Great Place to Work® and Fortune since 2018 and ranked as a Great Place to Work for Women in 2020.
“Great Place to Work Certification™ isn’t something that comes easily–it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition at Great Place to Work. “It’s the only official recognition determined by employees’ real-time reports of their company culture. Earning this designation means that Continued is one of the best companies to work for in the country.”
